Order confirmation
When we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail automatically. There is information about your order. Always check your confirmation and contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions. If you wish to change an order afterward, it can be difficult as your item is packed and delivered as soon as payment has been received. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we will see if we can help you!
Security / secure payments
In order for you as a consumer to feel safe when you shop at RFSL Ungdom’s webshop, we work with Swedbank Pay for the redemption of credit card payments. Swedbank Pay is certified by both Swedish and foreign banks and card companies. All information concerning your payment is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) upon transfer to Swedbank Pay and your card details are neither registered nor stored by RFSL Ungdom.
Payment via Swedbank Pay card payment
When you pay by card, your money is deducted directly from your account. RFSL Ungdom reserves the right to check the validity of the card and that the purchase price is available for debit.
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. There is no charge for paying by card.
Credit card payment is handled by our payment partner Swedbank Pay to guarantee fast and secure payment. This is how it works:
Select Credit card as payment method at checkout. You are now linked to Swedbank Pay’s secure payment server.
2. Select the type of credit card, enter the card number, expiration date, the card security code (CVV) and the name of the cardholder. Please note that when using the e-card, you should specify a validity period of at least two months.
3. A check is carried out so that the card information is correct and that there is coverage for the purchase.
4. The money from your account and the reserved amount is transferred via Swedbank Pay to RFSL Ungdom and the goods are sent to you.
Swedbank Pay, which handles card information, meets the requirements for PCI-DSS.
Payment via Swedbank Pay invoice
In collaboration with Swedbank Pay, we offer invoices as a method of payment. You can only order to your civil registration address when you choose an invoice and you must be at least 18 years old at the time of ordering. The invoicing fee is charged at SEK 19 per invoice.
Invoice must be paid so that it is received by the recipient no later than 14 days after the invoice date. In the event of late or non-payment, default interest will be added with the current repo rate + 19.00%, however at least 20% and compensation for written payment reminder with the amount specified in law (1981: 739) on compensation for debt collection costs etc. or equivalent law that reimburses this.
Payment via Swish 123 085 58 58
Pay easily and quickly with Swish. Payment is made to number 123 085 5858. Enter the order number and name when transferring. When your payment has reached us, your goods will be sent from our warehouse.
Shipping
The shipping cost is calculated by weight. Certain information material is free to order and has free shipping because we want it to be as easily accessible as possible.
Delivery
Orders weighing less than 2 kg are sent by letter to PostNord. Orders weighing more than 2 kg are sent as packages via PostNord My Pack Collect if you are a private customer. You as the recipient will be notified via text message or e-mail when the package can be picked up at the delivery point. If you are a business customer and want the package delivered to your door, you need to state this when ordering. Then the package is sent via PostNord Parcel and an extra shipping fee is added.
Delivery time
Delivery time is usually 2-5 working days from the order date. If a product is out of stock in the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified by e-mail. In the event of a delivery delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase. We reserve the right to final sale and any price errors.
Delay in delivery
Even if we do our utmost to deliver what has been ordered in the promised time, it can be wrong. If the delivery is delayed from what has been promised, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate why the delivery is delayed. If you want to cancel a delayed item, please contact us at [email protected]. RFSL Ungdom does not take responsibility for any damage that has occurred as a result of an announced delivery time being exceeded.
Transport
All transport takes place with the help of PostNord. Report transport damage as soon as possible and without delay to PostNord.
Payment terms
These general terms and conditions apply to all the agreements that you conclude on RFSL Ungdoms webshop. By ordering goods in the RFSL Youth webshop, you accept the general terms and conditions. The agreement is drawn up at the same time as your order is accepted. By law, you must be over 18 years of age or have a guardian’s permission to make a card payment in RFSL Youth’s webshop.
Sale / Offers
SALE applies as long as stock lasts. Offers without a clear end date apply as long as stock lasts. RFSL Ungdom reserves the right to any final sale, which may result in partial deliveries. We reserve the right to final sales and for warehousing at our suppliers, as well as for any price errors that may arise. Sometimes it happens that one of the items you ordered is not in stock. An email will then be sent to you within 1-3 days. Contact us if you have questions about delivery times etc.
Uncollected package
For all large letters and packages that are not picked up, a fee of 100 SEK will be charged. The fee corresponds to the costs for handling fees, return shipping, and handling. Payment terms are 30 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 50 is paid, as well as default interest and possibly collection costs. If you have regretted when the package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us. If the package is not picked up, it is automatically registered as not picked up and charged accordingly.
Prices
All prices on RFSL Ungdom are stated in SEK, excluding VAT, because we are VAT exempt.
The Personal Data Act
Your personal data is protected by the Personal Data Act. This law is based on EU directives from 1995 and intends to increase the protection of private individuals’ privacy with regard to the increased number of registers and compilations stored electronically. All personal information that you provide to us or that we may receive when you register for purchase or visit our website will be processed by RFSL Ungdom in its capacity as a personal data manager. The information will be used for the purpose that we will be able to fulfill our obligations towards you and for our marketing when purchasing. The information collected in order for the customer to complete a purchase is used only for this purpose and will not be disseminated to any outsider, except in connection with the processing of your order.
Delivery address and delivery terms are information that only our shipping partner and our suppliers may receive. In practice, this means that this type of information is beyond our direct control.
You always have the opportunity to take part of the personal data that is registered about you. If they are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may change the information and also choose to delete it.
Ownership
All goods remain the property of RFSL Ungdoms until full payment has been received by us. RFSL Ungdom reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.
Right of exchange and return
You have a full return and exchange right within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that you have not used the item and that it is returned in undamaged condition. Clothes may be tried on, but not used. All labels must remain on the goods. All items returned must be packed in a bag or carton. In order for the return to be approved, the returned item must be in a substantially unchanged condition. The product should be packed well, preferably in its original packaging with associated inner packaging and together with any accessories, transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as a customer.
We are happy to see that you state the reason for the return and return the item together with the invoice (or a copy of the invoice), this speeds up the handling of your return.
You must pay for return postage yourself. Packages to be returned must be sent as a Business Package to RFSL Ungdom, Box 350, 101 26 Stockholm. Save your return receipt – remember that you are responsible for return shipping! RFSL Ungdom assumes no responsibility for transport damage as a result of poor packaging upon return.
If you want to change the size of an item, you must place a new order yourself via RFSL Youth’s webshop. When exchanging, returning, or complaining, we follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s rules for e-commerce.
The withdrawal period and notice
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with the product or products you buy from us. If you shop from RFSL Ungdom, you, therefore, have the right, according to the Distance and Home Sales Act, to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. However, you must notify us via email at [email protected].
In order to be able to handle your case more quickly, we ask you to provide the following information:
• order number
• invoice number •
title of the products you want to return
Please note that it is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal not to pick up a package or not to receive a delivery.
Refund
Refunds for a returned item will be refunded to the customer’s account within 30 days.
Reservations
RFSL Ungdom reserves the right to final sale and that the goods can be removed from the range. We can not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We also reserve the right to make printing errors on this website. RFSL Ungdom reserves the right to adjust prices and any price errors.
Force majeure
RFSL Ungdom is exempt from punishment for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement if the failure is based on a liberating circumstance as below and the circumstance prevents, impedes, or delays the fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. government action or omission, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident, or other types of a natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market, and if the company has been designated for criminal activity that affects the business.
The law on distance selling
RFSL Youth complies with the Distance Trading Act. Read more here .
Dispute
In the event of a dispute, RFSL Youth will follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations.
